Apples! I always take home a haul from picking or from my families farm and the question that suddenly strikes when you stare at your plunder is what to do with ALL these apples! Luckily after years of receiving tons (i mean car trunks full) of apples – I have tried and tested a great many recipes and want to share my favorites. Links are attached to each fabulous source!

- Apple Pie Spice: don’t get fooled by clever marketing – it is a breeze to whip up!
- Apple Sauce Nut Bread: This is a bit healthier variation, and can also be made as muffins – I have made this SO many times to great success – and any nut or apple sub works well.
- Apple Butter: A great way to use up a LOT of apples, I have made thi fro quick consumption but it can be preserved and gifted!
- Apple Crisp: Okay, so this Ina Garten has been with me to many Thanksgivings and Christmas celebrations! It is Josh’s favorite and my dear dad asks for it yearly! I like to top it with homemade whipped cream!
- Crustless Apple Pie: New to me- I found the original version in my Skinnytaste Fast and Slow cookbook! This is the easiest to make and so low in calories without sacrificing warm fall flavor- another one I top with homemade whipped cream

Wishing you a blessed day full of cozy fall baking
